Two research projects submitted by our Research Group Members, Ömer Dönmez and Barış Kınacı, have been approved by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK).
First optoelectronic device, resonance cavity enhanced photodetector, is fabricated using clean room facilities (Photolithography) of Advanced Lithophrapy Techniques Laboratory.
The device is designed and fabricated for 1.3um window of the optical fiber communication systems as an outcome of a TUBITAK-funded project.
We commemorate Prof. Naci Balkan who was a researcher and mentor of this project.
